Wine Tasting 101

We are heading to Bishop’s Hill Winery in Joliet for our very own wine tasting! This newly restored historic castle was built in 1890 by a former German brewmaster. We will learn how to swirl, sniff and taste like a pro. This class includes a full tasting of nine red and white wines and an individual charcuterie tray.
On the way home, we will stop a LaForge Family Vineyard in Warrenville to taste their 2022 award winning lemon wine and get a brief explanation of their local, 1 acre vineyard.
