Senior Trip: Lunch at Greek Islands
Wednesday, November 15, 2023 — 11:30am - 2:30pm
This short afternoon trip to Greek Islands is sure to please. A lunch with friends and good conversation is guaranteed.
We will start with flaming saganaki cheese and a loud “Opa”! We then move on to a Greek salad followed by chicken riganati baked in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and herbs, and is served with rice pilaf and potato. Our lunch will end with the famous karidopita, a mouthwatering Greek walnut cake recipe, scented with the aromas and blends of cinnamon and grounded clove. Lunch includes coffee and soft drinks.
